Palmer Real Estate has been in the Lake Livingston area since the 1970’s, not long after the lake was built. The current owners of Palmer Real Estate have lived in the Lake Livingston area since 1995 and began their Real Estate career in 1998.  After moving and settling into the Waterwood subdivision, it became their goal to become a part of the community through knowledge, involvement, and support of the many aspects of not only Waterwood but of San Jacinto and surrounding counties and communities around Lake Livingston. Members of our team have been directors on various boards, including the Waterwood Improvement Association, MUD, Coldspring-Oakhurst COCISD, and the Tall Pines Board of Realtors, community and school district committees, including serving as members of the Grand Jury of the 258th District Court in San Jacinto County, Coldspring.
